Certified as a Trainer (CCP)

Earned the Certificate of Pedagogical Competences (CCP), qualifying me to deliver accredited vocational training in Portugal.

I wanted to open a new path in my career that goes beyond shipping games and into teaching. In Portugal, anyone who wants to deliver accredited vocational training must hold the Certificado de Competências Pedagógicas (Certificate of Pedagogical Competences, or CCP), a national certification issued by IEFP under Portaria n.º 214/2011. It's Portugal-specific and has no direct equivalent elsewhere in the EU.

To earn it, I completed the 90-hour 'Formação Pedagógica Inicial de Formadores' (Initial Pedagogical Training of Trainers) in B-Learning format at ENA (Escola de Negócios e Administração).

I finished with a final grade of 5 (Excellent), and I'm now officially qualified to deliver accredited vocational training in Portugal. This opens the door to sharing what I've learned in game development with the next generation of developers.
